If only all ‘techies’ were as good

Working with Leonard (Lenny) Johnson was a delight. I am not computer literate though I use my computer for long-distance connections for work and to write books and programs. He took one question, one problem at a time and went through the process I would need to do–sometimes more than once! [or twice] with both patience and careful explanations coupled with the simple outline of processes to follow. I never felt like I was ‘an idiot’ for asking basic questions with my new computer/software and internet access. While I’m hoping not to need his services again–I’m reassured knowing that he’ll help me whenever I need to contact him again. If only all ‘techies’ were as good at communicating with folks who don’t know the language but need the information!
